Knowing the risk of participating in equine events, and in consideration of being allowed to participate in events held by Ben & Cathy Sayle and Lonnie & Pam Robertson (after known as Promoters), I for myself and my family, assigns, heirs, and legal representatives hereby release, discharge and covenant not to sue Promoters from any and all liability, loss of property or injury to person or property of the undersigned.
The undersigned hereby expressly agrees that this release and waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Missouri and if any portion is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect.
Under Missouri Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities pursuant to the revised statutes of Missouri.
